You explained many things and help with many things. Here is what my problem looks like. I have things to do, and I know how to do them. Doing these tasks give me no dopamin, its like repeating myself. I always end up having meny good stuff done but the besic tasks still waiting. Such as, I do a realy cool website with many new and useful functionality. But at the end I get to do the basic CRUD stuff. I take a month for project but than I procrastinate on CRUD stuff for 2 months

Breaking your project up into a thousand tiny realistic goals is one of the best ideas ever! We sabotage ourselves when we try to conceptualise the project all as one big mountain when really one step at a time is how we actually climb it!
