Not "TIC" data, not a company, but "tick" data, instrument trade prices at a 'tick' by 'tick' resolution, i.e. every single trade or price change.

I personally prefer J, because it is licensed under the GPL, and was (in the end at least partly) designed by Iverson himself. But a quick look at K shouldn't hurt.
